This course has been developed to provide a broad path by developing tactics and processes to achieve goals and allocating resources to develop the plans. Finally, the goal of strategic management is for firms to gain a competitive advantage over their competitors. Understanding this course will enable students to carry out everyday work efficiently, create correct business targets, and successfully devise and implement corporate plans. This course helps students build the proficiency needed to succeed in today’s technologically enhanced workplace by focusing on the development of professional oral and written communication skills. Students will improve: memo, letter, email, writing and presentation skills and the ability to effectively participate in and chair meetings. Students will also develop skills in resume writing and study the strategies and techniques needed for success in interviews.
